I’m Holly —
I have been providing mental health care in Scottsdale, Arizona, and Salt Lake City, Utah, for the past five years.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, EMDR-Certified, and AASECT Sex Therapist (in training). My passion is helping people heal from sexual shame, trauma, pain, and disconnection, so they can build relationships that feel safe, joyful, and deeply connected.
I provide a sex-positive, queer- and kink-affirming space, welcoming all identities, orientations, and relationship styles.
I combine evidence-based practices like EMDR and EFT with trauma-informed, compassionate care — so your healing journey feels safe, personalized, and empowering.
